What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement, and that you feel relaxed in. But make sure the instructor can see your posture.  If you have long hair a hair bobble is a good idea for the same reason.

Do I wear shoes?

No. Pilates is done barefoot or in socks.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No, mats are supplied.  However it is a good idea to bring a large towel.

What do I do if I miss a class?

You can make up a maximum of 2 classes within the period of your 6 week course subject to availability.  Please read the Terms & Conditions.

Can I join a course once it has started?

For beginners, bookings are taken up to week two. After this time you will need to wait for the next booking period.  It is important in Pilates that everyone learns the base line essential principles in order for the exercises to be safe and effective.

The courses on the timetable are nearly finished, will there be new ones starting?

Yes, the timetable will be updated on a rolling schedule.  We can let you know the new term dates ahead of time if you are interested in a future course.
